Summary Court accepted petition for hearing moved against 7 people including Dost Khosa over Supna murder.
When Additional Session Judge Lahore Chaudhry Nazir Ahmad started hearing of the case, the petitioner Misal Khan, while expressing his stance, said that his daughter has been missing since June 22, who had left for the house of Dost Muhammad Khosa. It seemed that she had been assassinated, he added.The petitioner also said that he moved an application in Race Course police station but no case was registered. He requested the court to order for registration of a murder case against seven people including former CM Dost Muhammad Khosa and his friend Sajjad Ahmad. The court has accepted the writ petition for hearing.
