Summary Armed robbers escaped after looting millions of rupees from a private bank.
According to sources, five armed robbers entered a bank situated in the mid of the city and looted millions of rupees after taking bank employees as hostages.The bank security guard sustained injuries while showing resistance. Having information, heavy contingents of police reached the site of occurrence and took some people into custody. However, the media is not being informed properly.
