Summary KESC has once again increased durations of loadshedding in residential and commercial areas.
The company cites oil and gas shortage.Six to ten hours of loadshedding is being carried out in different city areas.Citizens complained that power outages span surged to ten hours in different areas including Malir, Shah Faisal Colony, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulberg and Nazimabad.Meantime, the power supply to PMTs was disconnected in some areas of Korangi, Landhi, Lyari, Lines Area, Orangi Town, Metrovile and Qasba Colony on non-payment of electricity bills or power thefts.
