Summary A girl who claimed being abducted from India is identified as Rabia of Lahore.
14-year-old Rabia told Dunya News that she left her home two days ago because her parents wanted to marry her against her will and she was also tortured. Therefore, she decided to flee from home, she said.According to reports, the girl was spotted by a couple who was out in Ghalib Market for shopping. She was weeping along a roadside.The girl, identified herself as Muskan, told the couple that she belonged to Rajasthan State of India and she is the second of five siblings. They took the girl to nearby Ghalib Police Station.The girl reportedly told police that she was playing cricket with her friends before falling unconscious. When she woke up, she was in Lahore.After preliminary questioning, the police transferred the girl to Child Protection Bureau.Later on her father identified her and told police that Rabia is suffering from mental disorder.
