Summary Angry citizens protested against unannounced and prolonged loadshedding in Qadirpura, Multan.
As per detail, a large number of citizens gathered in front of the MEPCO office and protested by burning old tyres.While carrying banners and placards, they also shouted slogans against the mismanagement of MEPCO and blocked the Multan Road for four hours, creating tremendous problems for passengers.The protestors said that long loadshdding from 12 to 14 hours has devastated their peace of mind but the MEPCO had no concern with them. .There were long queues of passengers coaches due to blockade of traffic.
