Summary A Rs 1.25 billion bridge started breaking apart after third day of its inauguration.
Dhan Gali Bridge over River Jhelum situated at the border of Rawalpindi and Mirpur about 45 km ahead of Rawat was inaugurated by Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on October 13.But it is surprising that rifts started developing on the very third day of its inauguration.The contract of the bridge had been given to a foreign construction company which took three years to complete it.The area people have demanded the Prime Minister take action against the people who showed criminal negligence in this regard.
