Summary Eight ambulances for Karachi and Interior Sindh are waiting inauguration by the health minister.
As per details, the Health Department had purchased eight ambulances with Rs 50 million but they have been parked at II depots for two months.The parking employees say that health department had sought to park these ambulances only for one day but two months have lapsed but there is no progress in this regard.On the other hand, the Health Minister said that the ambulances are standing there for 15 days.These vehicles equipped with latest ventilators, perhaps, would have to wait more because the Health Department finds itself unable to arrange a graceful for ceremony.
