Summary Police have tortured a man in defiance of court orders in Chiniot.
A woman was murdered a few days back over resistance against robbery in Umer Abad near Chiniot.The case of the incident was registered by the nephew of the victim.Police started teasing the plaintiff rather than arresting the accused and detained him in illegal confinement.Later, the detained person was recovered on the order of the court. The court also ordered to get him examined medically but the police tortured him instead of taking him to the hospital.
