CCTV footage shows torture by lawyers in courtroom

Ch Muhammad Tufail, a retired schoolteacher, along with his three sons came to the court of Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Ramzan to get bail before arrest in a case.The CCTV footage shows that when Tufail reached the courtroom, Zameer Ahmed, the counsel for the other party, started thrashing him up and dragged him out of the courtroom. After slapping and humiliating the former teacher, the lawyer along with his colleagues lock him up in the committee room.To divert attention from their barbarism, the lawyers accused the former teacher of trying to kidnap a lawyer from the courtroom. It didn’t take long before the sturdy policemen filed abduction case against the former teacher, the victim of torture himself.
