According to details, Farooq, a resident of Bahawalpur bypass area, was a labourer who had been unemployed for last one year.Farooq killed his two children including 5-year-old son Waheed and 3-year-old daughter Saba as he turned exhausted after a year-long unemployment, while two of his children escaped death as they were with their mother.According to accused wife Amna, his husband was mentally retarded.
