Sanghar: Civil Hospital is still inundated

Neither any doctor comes to the hospital nor does any patient come here to get him treated. The Civil Hospital Sanghar provides medical facilities to about 0.3 million people but unfortunately it has fallen a victim to negligence of administration as 25 days have passed but rainwater water is still standing in its wards could not be drained out.Approximately 3 to 4 feet water have been standing in the wards, damaging its precious machinery. Majority of its doctors have left for Karachi while other staff is also absent. No patient has been operated since two month.It is regrettable to say that EDO health is also absent from hospital. Government vehicles have also been left at the mercy of circumstances as they are being spoiled due to water. Medicines in the store have become an outdated stuff.More than 100,000 people have fallen victim to diseases of gastro and eye diseases but they are being provided medical aid in relief camps.
