Summary Sindh High Court issued notices to Parliamentary Committee for not making two judges permanent.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Faisal Arab and Justice Sajjad Ali Shah conducted hearing on the application for not making Justice Ghulam Sarwer Korai and Justice Irfan Saadat Khan permanent.When the hearing started, no counsel was present in the court on behalf of the Parliamentary Committee.At this Sukkar Bar Assocation’s lawyer Dr Farogh Naseem was of the view that both of the judges were not being made permanent without any reason, adding that the court was also not being informed about the current situation as well.The petitioner requested the High Court to order making both judges permanent.
