Summary Session court has cancelled the transitional bail of main accused Shamroz in Nankana rape case.
Additional session Judge Nankana Sahib Mehboob Ahmad cancelled the bail of main accused, Shamroz, in Saba Rai rape case for not appearing in the court. Main accused Shamroz was declared absconding by the police.Shamroz’s lawyer Atiq Ullah Man said that the interim bail is cancelled for not depositing the security bonds of Rs 100, 000 and the court is proceeding unilaterally.“The sections of gang rape were not mentioned in FIR following the initial medical report,” he alleged.
