Summary Faisalabad Allied Hospital staff tortured women relatives of two patients.
Later the patients were reportedly pushed out of the hospital.As per details, Sardar Ahmad and Shafiq residents of Chinot were taken to Allied Hospital, Faisalabad where the medics sought ‘entry charges’ from the relatives of the patients who reportedly refused to pay the amount.As a result, medics and patients exchanged hot words which led to violence and hospital employees ultimately started beating up the women.Women claimed that the hospital employees not only used abusive language but also beat them up ruthlessly in public.When police reached hospital, it also sympathised with medics and arrested two men of the victim family and took them to the police station.The affected family raised voice against cruelty of medics and cops and protested on Jail Road. The administration used police force against the ill-fated family to restore so-called ‘traffic system’ and tortured the men once again.The medics in the meantime remained stubborn and did not treat the patients.
