Summary The SHC issued notices to Chief Secretary and the secretaries for Home and Health on dengue virus.

An application was moved before the divisional bench of SHC comprising Justice Musheer Alam and Justice Imam Bikz Somro in which applicant said that about 269 dengue cases had appeared but the provincial government took no steps in this regard.The applicant requested to the court to order the government for spray two times a week for end of dengue virus.Sindh government and other related institutions have been made respondents.
