The worthy court remarked the citizens cannot be left to the mercy of Patwaris. Punjab government’s attorney informed that action had been taken against the corrupt patwaris, and they have been suspended.The court was further informed a committee has been formed under an assistant commissioner to take action against the corrupt officials.The CJ angrily said even assistant commissioners are no angels and summoned the DCO on October 10.
