Summary Court ordered to send alleged killer of principal on physical remand for three days in Rawalpindi.
Khurram Shehzad, a student of final year in a private medical college, shot the principal Brig (r) Sanaullah dead and tried to escape from the spot but was arrested.Police lodged an FIR in RA Bazar police station against the accused, presented him before the area magistrate and requested physical remand of the accused for five days.The investigation officers briefed the court that weapon had been recovered from the accused; however, police needed more time for further inquiry.The court ordered to hand over the accused to the police for three days.
