Summary ATC Karachi sent accused of Chakra goth firing case on physical remand for one week.
Accused Kamran Madhuri and Sohail Commando were brought in the Sindh High Court by ambulance under strict surveillance of security forces.Special prosecutor Arshad Iqbal Cheema requested Justice Maqbool Baqir that both of the accused were unable to move, so their remand should be issued without bringing them before the court.The judge ordered police to present the accused by stretchers.Police brought the accused by stretchers before court; at which the court handed over the accused to police on physical remand for one week.
