Summary The Balochistan High Court has declared Senator Muhammad Ali Rind ineligible.
The court has also ordered him to turn the money govt has spent on him.Two-member bench comprising Chief Justice Qazi Faiz and Justice Taira Baqri suspended Senator Muhammad Ali Rind over not completing three years after penalised by the NAB. The court also directed to withdraw the amount spent on him.
