The CIA Mandi Bahaudddin police arrested a young man, Nazar Muhammad, for stealing one kg sugar.The young man was killed police by torture during his arrest. The police personnel threw his body at the bank of Jhelum.The family of the deceased protested outside the office of Mandi Bahaudddin district police officer.Police resorted to baton charge to disperse the protesters and tear apart the clothes of women.A case has been registered in Malakwal Police Station against 11 people, including nine policemen.The dead body of the deceased young men was also recovered on the indication of the arrested policemen.
