Summary MQM Coordination Committee has expressed concern over losses in monsoon rains in Sindh.
It has called for immediate emergency relief efforts by the government. Expressing its sorrow over the inundation of several villages by rainwater and washing away of houses, the Coordination Committee called for relief measures in the rain-hit areas.The Coordination Committee demanded President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad and Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah take speedy steps for protecting of life and property of the people in affected areas.
