Summary Police have foiled terrorism bid for Independence Day and recovered explosive material and grenades.
According to details, police got information about unknown miscreants who planned to spread dread by terrorist attacks on August 14. Police led by DSP Rafiqe Lasi raided near Pir Kas road and recovered 100 kilograms of explosives, 9 hand grenades, 3 anti-tank mines and nearly a dozen detonators. No arrests took place.Police sources said unknown miscreants hided these explosives in the nearby bushes.Police has filed a case against unknown miscreants and have started further investigations.
