Summary The lawyers boycotted court proceedings throughout Sindh against target killings of colleagues.
The strike was announced over a murder of their comrade Muhammad Aslam Advocate in Ghotki. Hearing of cases could not be conducted in lower as well as the SHC.Lawyers met the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court Musheer Alam and informed him about the strike, requesting him not to conduct hearing of cases in open court.All the courts in the SHC discharged their boards without dealing the cases.
