Summary The SHC adjourned the hearing of the petition filed by Afaq Ahmad, seeking ending cases against him.
The hearing of the application was put off till July 25 due to absence of the counsel for the state.Afaq Ahmad, the plaintiff, adopted the stance that he had been in jail for eight years but police was involving him in successive cases.He added that police was also involving him unscrupulously in the Attique-ur-Rehman murder case in 2009, praying to end all fake and fabricated cases against him.
