Summary SHC has adjourned hearing of the petitions seeking transfer the case to sessions court.
The plaintiff has been also ordered to appear before the court in person.The special bench of the SHC, led by the Chief Justice, started hearing of the petition of the Rangers cops.The counsel for the state opined that it was inevitable to come to know about the stance of the plaintiff before hearing of this petition.He prayed to the court to adjourn the hearing as the plaintiff was not present in the court. At this, the court issued notice to Salik Shah, the plaintiff, and ordered to appear before the court on July 22.
