Summary There was a complete shutter down strike against the transfer of DPO Ghotki Pir Mohammad Shah.
People from various walks of life in Mirpur Mathelo demanded the DPO who restored peace in the area should not be transferred. The city would again sink into lawlessness, they warned. Various organizations blocked the road in protest against the transfer for five hours. No public representatives came even after the 5-hour blockade of the main road.
