Summary Key witness of Tahir Naveed case Haji Arshad reaches home after 12 days.
Tahir Naveed was allegedly killed by Lower Mall Police torture. The resident of Krishan Naggar Haji Arshad told he was abducted by two policemen who blindfolded and took home to an unknown place where they asked him to withdraw the case. They threatened to kill him in case of non-compliance and kept on torturing him. Afterwards they offered him money for withdrawing the case. Finally they left him blindfolded near Ravi River. The kidnappers were the same police inspectors involved in the murder of his brother-in-law
