Summary Court bailiff recovered a boy detained by police illegally in a torture cell.
Ali Pur Chatha police arrested Zaigam and took him to Cantt police station. The police tortured him and forced him to confess to a murder. Later, the police took him to Sherakot and demanded bribe for his release.His family filed a petition in the district and sessions court. The court bailiff recovered him and directed the Station House Officer (SHO) and the duty officer to appear before the court. Zaigam said police tortured him severely.
