Summary A local court has granted 3-day physical remand of seven accused of kidney scam.

Police presented all the accused before a judicial magistrate and requested 6-day remand. Dr Anis told the court that he had been running the clinic for many years and he was not involved in any crime, adding that the registration of case was a conspiracy against him.Police said that if they were innocent, why their leader fled from the scene. Police granted the three days’ physical remand of Dr Anis, Muhammad Ali, Ishtiaq, Farhan, Fiaz, Akran and Jahangir.Police arrested seven men involved in heinous crime of kidney theft from Lahore Cant on Friday.The owner of the clinic and two of his companions escaped. This notorious ‘business’ was being done in a so-called clinic in Amiruddin Park, Al-Faisal Town.Police is also conducting raids to arrest Dr Sanaullah, Dr Imran and a school teacher.
