Summary LHC has sought explanation from FIA and the interior ministry over removing accused names from ECL.
The lawyer had filed a writ petition on the part of the accused ex-federal minister Habibullah Waraich and his family members to remove their names from ECL.While arguing before the Justice Umer Ata Bandial, the lawyer of the plaintiff said that the amount of NICL fraud worth Rs1.68 billion had been recovered while the plaintiff is on interim bail. The lawyer further prayed to the court to issue orders to remove the names of Habibullah Waraich and his family members from Exit Control List.The lawyer of federal government requested for proper time to submit. The case was postponed by July 4.
