Summary Two dacoits accused of robbing a bank in Rawalpindi were arrested near the Rashakai Interchange.

According to the Motorway police spokesperson, the police ordered a suspicious car to stop for checking when two men on board the car opened fire on the police commandos. After chasing and exchanging fire, the police arrested Jabbar and Ramzan, the two accused, at the Rashakai Interchange on the M-1. According to the spokesperson, weapons, mobile phones, gloves, and the car used in the robbery were seized. Both the accused were wanted for robbing a private bank of Rs 15 million.
