The festival of Baba Bankhandi Maharaj is celebrated at a Hindu temple, near Sukkur, located in Sadhu Bela island, surrounded by Indus River.Hindus from across the Sindh are coming to participate in the 148th death anniversary of Baba Bankhandi Maharaj.Food stalls have been set up for the devotees and a Hindu organisation also arranged accommodation for them.The local administration has made strong security arrangements for participants of the festival.
