Hot spell continued across the country as temperature rose to 41 Celsius in Bahawalpur at 10am on Monday.According to the Met Office, 40 Celsius temperature was recorded in Rahimyar Khan, 39 Celsius in Jhang, 38 Celsius in Khuzdar, Jhelum and Hyderabad, 37 Celsius in Dera Ghazi Khan, Mangla, Multan and Faisalabad, 36 Celsius in Lahore and Sahiwal, 35 Celsius in Peshawar and 34 Celsius in Karachi.
