Two women were killed and seven others suffered from kidney failures after they were administered an injection after delivery at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).Another affected woman has been sent to the intensive care unit while others were being dialysed.The PIMS administration has formed a four-member committee under Dr Iqbal Memon to investigate the incident and sent the injection to laboratory for tests.
