Almost two years ago, a resident of Gujrat Naila married Bashart from Gujranwala. Naila often used to have small arguments with her in-laws but a recent petty issue turned violent. Naila’s mother, brother and sisters -in-law brutally tortured and left her in critical condition. The In-laws then locked Naila along with her child, inside the house, and fled. After neighbour gathered after they heard the screams of the child and broke into the house and recovered the mother and son.
