The groom, Jehanzaib, was shot dead during his wedding ceremony, in the Tench Bhatta area of Rawalpindi. After receiving reports of the incident, the police arrived at the scene and arrested the accused, Ajmal, and also recovered a gun.Father of the groom, Javaid Jan said that Ajmal was under the influence of drugs when he killed Jehanzaib. On the other hand, Ajmal denies he shot and killed the groom.
