Summary Robbers looted man of 17.5 million rupees outside Hafeez Centre in broad daylight, on Tuesday.

In the busy business centre in Gulberg, three robbers looted a man carrying 17.5 million rupees. The robbers in resistance injured the victim.Younis, a worker at the union money exchange company in Hafeez centre was on his way back from the bank. He had withdrawn 7 million rupees, 64,000 Euros and 10,000 pounds. On his way back from the bank to hafeez centre, Younis was intercepted by three robbers who tried to snatch the money. Upon ressitance, the robbers fired a shot which hit and injured Younis’s leg.The robbers looted the cash from Younis and fled on a motorbike. Police arrived at the scene and after initial investigation filed a report against the three robbers. After reviewing CCTV footage, the police have started an operation in an attempt to find the robbers.
