Summary Lawyers at the City and Malir Courts boycotted the court proceedings, on Tuesday.
Due to the lawyers strike against the murder of Advocate Hanif Khan, no work was being done at the City Courts and the lower courts, as the lawyers did not appear in the courts. Two buses brought prisoners to the courts for their hearing but they were sent back without appearing in court. Many plaintiffs’ encountered problems as thousands of hearings could not be conducted.
