Summary Two police constables were killed as three gunmen open fire, on Sunday, in Lahore.

According to the police, Constable Abdul Razzaq and Sajid were on their routine patrol on Tap road in the lower mall area. The constables suspected three men and ordered them to stop for checking. In retaliation, the three men opened fire and killed the two constables on the spot.The unidentified gunmen fled the scene taking both their police cards and constable Sajid’s official gun.Police have gathered the evidence and started an investigation. A report has also been filed against the three unidentified gunmen. The dead bodies were shifted to a dead house for a post-mortem report.
