Summary People in Karachi are facing severe problems to reach their destinations for the second consecutive day due to the wheel jam strike of transporters against increase in petroleum prices.
Thousands of students, office and factory workers could not reach at their destinations as the transporters in Karachi are on strike. As a result of the strike low attendance in educational institutions, offices and factories was observed. People are even traveling on the roofs of buses or by hanging in the doors, if a rare bus comes on the road. Rickshaws and taxi drivers are exploiting this situation by charging self imposed fares.
