Summary A taxi driver was found dead near River Ravi in Lahore after he was abducted on Saturday.
According to details, taxi driver Nadeem of Raiwind Road was hired by a passenger on Saturday but his dead body was found near River Ravi.The heirs of the deceased blamed the he was kidnapped and later killed. They also blamed that police have failed to arrest the killers of Nadeem and not have handed the dead body to the relative after autopsy.The heirs of the victims staged a protest against police at Thokar Niaz Baig Chowk and blocked the road by burning tyres. The protester disperse peacefully after assurance from higher police officials.
