Summary At least 45 workers were released from the illegal detention of the brick Kiln owner on LHC order.
The petitioner told the court the kiln owner has detained 45 workers including women and children for last two years and made them as bonded labour.On the Lahore High Court orders, all workers were recovered and later allowed to go to their homes.
