Summary PHC has ordered to cancel the Airblue service in case of nonpayment of compensation within 20 days.
Peshawar High Court division bench comprising Chief Justice Dost Muhammad and Fasihul Mulk conducted hearing of Airblue flight case. Umer Farooq Advocate on the part of prosecution, while giving his arguments, requested the court that affected persons should be compensated properly.After hearing preliminary arguments of prosecution lawyer, the Chief Justice Dost Muhammad issued contempt of court notices to DG Civil Aviation and Secretary Defence, with the direction that affected persons should be compensated within 20 days.The Chief Justice also said that if Airblue doesn’t obey the court order, its services should be cancelled.
