Summary One dacoit was killed in encounter with police in Faisalabad while his accomplice was arrested.
According to police, three dacoits were fleeing after robbery on Jhang Road when they came face to face with police on a check post.On seeing police the dacoits opened fire on the police party. Police also returned the fire in which one dacoit was killed while another was arrested in injured condition while the third dacoit managed to escape. At least four passers-by were also wounded in exchange of fire between dacoits and police.Police have shifted the injured persons to the Allied Hospital for treatment.
