Summary Citizens of Faisalabad caught a dacoit and tortured him during robbery attempt in a utility store.
According to details, the dacoits entered into a utility store in the limits of Gulberg Police Station and snatched cash from people and the counter and tried to flee but people resisted and caught one of them.People then took the dacoit in streets and started beating him. Police reached at the scene but angry people did not hand dacoit over to police. They handed over them after police assured that dacoit would be punished.According to the citizens, incidents of robbery have increased in the city due to insufficient police patrolling.Police detained the dacoit and started searching his accomplice.
