Summary Three-day Urs of famous Sufi saint Hazrat Madhu Lal Hussain has been started in Lahore.
The district government has also announced local holiday on Saturday (today).The Urs of Madhu Lal Hussain is celebrated every year in Lahore on Saturday and Sunday at the end of March.The urs is traditionally characterised by lighting of candles and clay lamps that’s why it is called Mela Chiraghan. Monday is set aside for women visitors.
