Summary Residents of Railway colony protested against disconnection of supply of gas.
They also staged a sit-in on tracks and blocked trains, causing delay in arrival and departure of trains.The supply of gas to the residential colony of Engine Shed Lahore has been cut due to nonpayment of bills.Protestors were of the view that their bills had been deducted from their salaries but Railways officials were not paying to the Sui Gas Department.While stating their deplorable condition, they said that it was impossible for them to purchase food three times a day from restaurants.
