Summary Two women tied in chains were recovered from Ghaziabad area of Lahore while an accused was arrested
According to police, Azhar Iqbal, a resident of Ghaziabad, had been keeping his wife Shamim and nice Amber tied in chains.Accused Azhar told that his wife was mentally disabled due to which he tied her at home because he remained out of home to earn his bread and could not take care of his wife.On the other hand, Shamim said that her husband and relatives tied her because the wanted to occupy her property.
