Summary Police employees along with others raped a 13-year-old girl on World Women's Day.
Doctors refused to provide medico-legal report despite court orders.The incident took place in the outskirts of Sheikhupura at Malowal where DSP’s gunman Constable Nawaz along with his two other aides entered the house of Ilyas, a tenant, and tied the couple with a rope and raped the 13-year-old girl who had come to the village as a guest.The grandfather of the victim went to Bhakki police station and complained about the shameful incident but police pushed him out of the police station.Later, the plaintiff contacted court which ordered the doctor of civil hospital to provide medical report of the victim but doctor refused to obey the court orders.The plaintiffs have moved a writ petition under 22-A and 22-B of Criminal Procedure Code in the court of Additional Session Judge Rao Abdul Jabbar Khan who has ordered to register a case against the accused.
