Summary Supreme Court has decided to indict Babar Awan in contempt case on March 20.
The two-member Supreme Court bench comprising Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Justice Ather Saeed has decided to indict PPP leader Babar Awan on Marach 20. The court had reserved its’ judgement on March 1.The Supreme Court had sent a show-cause notice to Babar for his contemptuous address to a press conference against the court’s December 1, 2011 order in memo case.
